Waterside Hotel  is a three star rated hotel located at 48/52 Sandhill, NE1 3JF Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.  This is a boutique style hotel that is just a walk away from the center of Newcastle.  The hotel is part of the  Recommended Hotels chain and has 24 rooms equipped with standard amenities including free wi-fi internet access, which is available in the entire hotel.  The hotel has a bar where you can have a few drinks at the end of the day.  The hotel has a great location as it is near the quay and the castle.  The rooms are of adequate size, clean and comfortable but the aircondtioning was not working properly and it made the rooms hot and not  very comfortable.  Breakfast was quick and ok but choice was very limited.  The satff are very friendly and efficient.  Overall, great value for money with a superb location.
