Kuching is the capital and most populous city of the East Malaysian state of Sarawak.  Prostitution is illegal in Malaysia but it is very prevalent in the cities including Kuching.  Common places where you will find them easily would be at the massage parlors, hotel lobbies, bars, clubs and discos.
