Gran Madryn is a two star rated hotel located at Lugones 40, 9120 Puerto Madryn, Argentina.  The hotel is right in front of the beach and is just a few minutes away from the World Heritage fauna of the Peninsula Valdes and the famous Magellanic Penguins of Punta Tombo.  The hotel has 43 rooms equipped with standard amenities. The hotel has  free internet access but in the public areas only and it has a bar where you can unwind at the end of the day. The hotel is centrally located and places of interests are very accessible from the hotel. The rooms are small and old but well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and quick to address guests needs. Downside would be the noise coming from the busy street and the rooms needs to be renovated soon. Nevertheless, great value for money and recommended for its location.
